These terms of sale apply to all goods supplied by Injection Imports Ltd., registered office 43 Kenningknowes Road, Stirling, FK7 9JF. Registered Company Number SC397475 (the “Supplier”, “we”, “us/our”, “this website”).

When you purchase products from this website, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions outlined below. By accessing the site, you acknowledge your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Our terms and conditions include information on the regulations that govern online shopping. Please review them carefully, as they contain important details. If you plan to make a purchase from our site, we advise you to print a copy of these terms and conditions. We retain the right to change, modify, substitute, or remove any information on this site as needed, without prior notice.

Description & Pricing of Goods

There may be instances where item prices or descriptions on our site are incorrect due to human error, technical glitches, supplier changes and/or exchange rate fluctuations. In such cases, we reserve the right to cancel orders affected by inaccurate pricing or descriptions. Additionally, please be aware that item photos and/or descriptions provided on the website may not be of the exact item listed. If you have any doubts or require more specific information about an item, please reach out to us for clarification prior making a purchase.

Stock Status

The majority of items sold are done so on a special order basis, normally direct from suppliers in Japan. This means that items will typically carry wait times. All “special order” items are shipped in by air to ensure lead times are kept to a minimum. We will notify you of an ETA of your order as soon as we are made aware of expected lead times from our suppliers, these will be subject to change.

In stock items will be shipped within 24 hours.

Aero Parts

As all overseas items are shipped to the UK by air, this results in expensive air shipping for items with a large volumetric weight. To ensure the best pricing on these items we provide a custom quote based on consolidating with other orders we have shipping from Japan in order to provide the best possible price. Contact us for a current price for all aero products.

Shipping & Delivery

All items are shipped from Japan to us prior to going to any customer. We will cover all import fees so the price you pay us is a complete landed price.

Items will be securely packaged and sent using the courier we deem most appropriate for your order. This could be Royal Mail, UPS, DHL, Fedex or one of our pallet network partners depending on the physical size of your order.

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

All special order items from Japan have a strict no return policy, which we may be able to reconsider at our discretion. Any item we accept for return may result in a restocking fee, and we will not be held responsible for return shipping costs.

Faulty items may need to be returned to our suppliers in Japan for any standard warranty claim, but these must be returned to us first. Aero parts from suppliers may have blemishes, ill fitment etc therefore any aero parts cannot be returned for this reason. If an item is damaged in transit to you, we may consider a discount depending on the condition of the part.

Any in stock items we can accept returns as long as the item is in “as new” condition with all packaging, and suitable for resale. You are responsible for return shipping costs and the condition of the item until it is returned to us.
